Established in 1985 at Uttoxeter Leisure Centre, Dove Valley has been nurturing local swimming talent for over four decades.

Over those years the club has coached many talented swimmers that have successfully competed at county, regional and national levels; including Adam Peaty who was at the club until the age of 14 before moving on to the City of Derby Swimming Club - medalling at multiple Olympics, World and European championships. 

Training at Uttoxeter Leisure Centre and Denstone College, the club welcomes members from surrounding towns and villages in both Staffordshire and Derbyshire.
